We had added complications as we had to fly with our loved one's ashes and Michelle helped us with that, on top of expediting everything to meet our stressful time restrictions. Everything was transparent and there were no hidden costs.

The service was smooth, in a lovely bright room with a water feature. The livestream worked wonderfully and we have been able to save the recording ourselves.
